Mattapoisett Trees168 viewsThe Mattapoisett Tree Committee is proud that Emma Lowe, winner of this year’s 5th grade poster contest, has also won first place in the statewide Massachusetts poster contest. Emma is a student of art teacher Greta Anderson at Old Hammondtown School. The school received a Kousa Dogwood tree from the state to plant on the O.H.S. grounds, as shown in the picture.
