Old Rochester Regional High Graduation 319 viewsThe Old Rochester Regional High Graduation ceremony on June 4 included speeches from Superintendent Doug White, Principal Michael Devoll, Class President Bailey Sweet, and Valedictorian Paige Watterson. Diaper Drive319 viewsDuring the month of October, the Student Affairs Committee challenged the ORRJHS student body to collect as many packages of diapers as possible to be given to the social work department at Women and Infants Hospital of Rhode Island. Classroom Donation319 viewsThe Mattapoisett Land Trust donated equipment to outfit an Outdoor Classroom, including a whiteboard and 24 colorful stools delivered to Old Hammondtown School by the Education Committee. Grade 5 students are working with Ben Squire, ORR District science coordinator, on an ongoing science compost project that analyzes the conditions needed for composting.
