Tour de Crème550 viewsThis Sunday was the third annual Tour de Crème, a fundraising partnership between the Mattapoisett Land Trust and the Friends of the Mattapoisett Bike Path. The ride started at the Town Beach and wound its way through the Southcoast, making stops at the various creameries along the way. Goodnight Tri-Town550 viewsTri-Town Against Racism unveiled the organization’s “Little Library” on 11/3 at Old Landing Wharf off of Front Street in Marion. This new opportunity to read books featuring stories about people of diverse color and backgrounds comes as Tri-Town Against Racism has launched “Goodnight Tri-Town.” The new reading program invites adults and students to volunteer to record themselves reading from a diverse picture book of their choice for bedtime listening by preschool and early elementary school-aged children.

The BBR, which takes place in Sippican Harbor, is the largest multi-class regatta in the country, with about 450 boats and over 1,100 sailors participating across 15 different classes.
