Hosted by the Mattapoisett Lions Club every year, the triathlon takes racers .25 miles from the shore of Town Beach and back, 10 miles bicycling through Mattapoisett, and 5K through the village around Ned’s Point Lighthouse. Ironman614 viewsMattapoisett native Shane Wilhelmsen completed the Ironman competition in Mont Tremblant, Canada on Sunday, August 19. Tri-Town Basketball 613 viewsMarch 12 was the final night for the Tri-Town Basketball playoffs. The league had over 190 participants in grades 3-6 representing Mattapoisett, Marion and Rochester.
