Sippican House Tour357 viewsThe Sippican Women's Club hosted their 25th Holiday House Tour on Saturday, December 10, 2011. The theme this year – "A Tropical Christmas" – brought a splash of color to the annual event, along with sand, Tiki bars, and flamingo motifs. Even though it was a chilly December day, attendees enjoyed the warmth of the tropics on the tour. Next year, Handy's Tavern will be decorated to look like 1812. MHS Caroling365 viewsThe Mattapoisett Historical Society hosted a caroling event on Sunday, December 11, 2011. About 25 people gathered at the Museum and Carriage House at 5 Church Street and then meandered throughout the village to spread Holiday cheer.
