Spooktacular99 viewsThe Rochester Parent Teacher Organization hosted “Spooktacular” at Rochester Memorial School on Saturday. The event saw hundreds of students, their siblings, and other kiddos come give their Halloween costumes a trial-run and get some candy at a trunk-or-treat.
