Curator Bette Roberts was celebrated at the September 17, 2011 annual meeting of the Mattapoisett Historical Society. Ms. Roberts, who has been curator of the Mattapoisett Museum and Carriage House for 25 years, has announced that she will be retiring from her post as soon as the Museum can find a replacement.
