August 25 saw the Eagle Court of Honor ceremony at Rochester Grange Hall for Boy Scout Troop 31. Noah, Quinn, Reece, and Logan are now Eagle Scouts following the event. Present were other scouts in the troop, current and former Eagle Scouts, families of the four boys, Representative to Massachusetts State House Mark Sylvia (D-10), and Troop 31 leadership.
