Four freshmen from the Upper Cape Cod Regional Technical School’s Environmental Technology Program applied for and are now Ocean Guardian Youth Ambassadors through National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s (NOAA) National Marine Sanctuaries Program. The four freshmen are Wareham residents Lilia Lopez Del Moral and Emma Pacheco as well as Marion residents Lia Estes and Kent Spooner.
