Yes, the Publishers Clearing House Prize Patrol really does exist and, yes, people actually do win – just ask John Hall of Rochester! Wearing only socks on his feet, Hall exited his Snipatuit Road home on April 15 and was greeted by PCH Prize Patroller Howie Guja who was holding a giant check for $50,000 with Hall’s name on it, roses, and a bottle of bubbly.
