Colonel Arnold Briggs of West Wareham was recently presented with the American Truck Historical Society’s Distinguished Service Award. The award was presented at the ATHS Nutmeg Chapter’s Annual Thanksgiving meeting held at the Hall of Fame Museum in Canterbury, CT.
