Kelcey Robertson, 11, of Rochester, was honored on April 27 by Plymouth County District Attorney Timothy J. Cruz with a Commonwealth of Massachusetts Certificate of Recognition as a "Hero in our Community" and given three books to add to his donation to the Tri-Town Against Racism Diversity Library for local schools. Robertson, The Wanderer's Keel Award winner in Rochester for 2020.
