On Saturday, March 8, the children of the tri-town area were treated to Sparky’s Puppets, the working name of Rhode Island puppeteer Sparky Davis, who presented her “Old Favorites” show sponsored by the Tri-Town Early Childhood Council in the Rochester Memorial School’s Cafetorium.
