Rochester Troop 31 braved the frigid waters this Patriot's Day, not to seek freedom, but to seek scout camp. For the last week, the scouts have been asking people to sponsor them in their Polar Plunge fundraiser in exchange for hitting the brisk waters of Silvershell Beach in Marion.
