The Mattapoisett COA's Shakespeare for Scaredy Cats members recently attended a fast-moving and more contemporary rendition of Shakespeare's play, Measure for Measure, at the Burbage Theatre in Pawtucket, RI. Director and Artistic Director Jeff Church and his very skilled actors opened this dark and tragic comedy with a fast-moving party and closed it with many of the characters having learned their lessons, at least for the moment.
