Families came out in droves on a perfect fall afternoon for the Marion Art Center’s Annual Halloween Parade, which took place on a Saturday this year. The spectacle of imaginative costumes delighted the crowd, with everything from classic witches and inflatable dinosaurs to a walking trash bag complete with trash affixed to its costume.
