Children and their grandparents had fun playing bean-bag toss, bocce, posing with the Three Stooges, and more. The face-painting and petting zoo areas were a complete hit! MAC Show336 viewsA two-person show will be opening at the Marion Art Center on February 28 with a reception to meet the artists from 4:00 to 6:00 pm. The first exhibit, entitled “Beauty in the Boatyard – Ten Years at Burr Brothers” is by artist Terry Coleman, and the second exhibit entitled “Landscapes and Figures, Real and Imaginary” is by artist Molly Watson Hawley. Both artists have ties to New England and Marion.

RMS Auction336 viewsRochester went Hollywood on Friday, March 26, 2010 when the Rochester Parent/Teacher Organization (PTO) hosted a live auction with a Hollywood theme. The auction raised nearly $6,000, and that money will be used to pay for new playground equipment.
