Ned’s Point Lighthouse124 viewsTuesday afternoon offered a sneak preview of the reopening of Ned’s Point Lighthouse scheduled for Saturday, October 9, from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. Cathy Hardy and Mike Lally, a Texas couple, happened to be in the right place at the right time to become the first visitors to the 183-year-old lighthouse that had been closed for the past two years and three months. The lighthouse typically draws 100 visitors from all over the world when open during any regular, three-hour session. Photo by Mick Colageo
