Stone Horse Builder's Cup670 viewsIn an exciting finish to the 2008 Stone Horse Builder’s Cup Race sponsored by Edey and Duff of Mattapoisett, the top three Stone Horses were within two boat lengths with only a bow sprit, about 4 feet, separating the top two boats, WINDFALL and YOUNG AMERICA. WINDFALL, sailed by Tom Kenney of the New Bedford Yacht Club and Bob Jackson of Cohasset, took First Place, edging out Second Place finisher Bob Sachetti of Boston, who was single handing YOUNG AMERICA.
