Souza, USA, will be the principal speaker for Mattapoisett’s annual Veterans’ Day Ceremonies to be held on Tuesday, November 11 beginning at 11:00 am at Old Hammondtown School. Colonel Souza enlisted in the Massachusetts Army National Guard in 1983. She was commissioned a Second Lieutenant in August 1984 after graduating from the Massachusetts Military Academy.

Bikes, Bikes, Bikes!417 viewsThe Third Annual Pan Mass Challenge Kids Tri-Town Ride attracted several hundred young bicyclist to the ORR campus on Saturday morning, May 16, for a bike rally to help defeat cancer. Proceeds from the event will go to several charities in the state such as the Jimmy Fund and Dana- Farber Cancer Institute to assist in cancer research.
