Harbor Days 166 viewsHarbor Days came to Mattapoisett this past weekend, and many visitors were gracious enough to spin The Wanderer Wheel for a $1 donation to the Lions Club. Those who played helped raise an extra $523 the Lions Club will use to benefit the community. Alpacapalooza! 166 viewsPine Meadows Farm in Mattapoisett is home to some 17 alpacas. Owners Heidi and Jeff Paine opened up the farm to the public over the weekend once the weather cleared. Lions Club Triathlon166 viewsUnder merciful overcast skies on July 15, the 37th annual Lions Club Triathlon found 115 participants including seven relay teams vying for first place bragging rights. Coming in 1st place in the men’s division was Brian Hughes with a time of 51:38 minutes.
