DeMailly repaired, restored, and coordinated the re-installation of the Mattapoisett Congregational Church sign with troop assistance. He graduated in 1994 from U.S. Military Academy and achieved successive ranks to become a full colonel in 2015. Salty's Hat210 viewsEarly this past Friday, December 1, as folks were rushing to work and children settling into school, an annual tradition transpired in Mattapoisett at the corner of Route 6 and North Street. With the placement of the Santa hat upon the head of our beloved Salty the Seahorse, the holiday season officially began.
