The cane was presented to Ms. Fermino by Selectman Steve Lombard, Selectman Ray Andrews, and Town Clerk Barbara Sullivan. Also in attendance were Ms. Fermino’s children Caroline, Maurice (Mudgie), Peter and David. Created by Boston Post publisher Edwin A.
