80th Rochester Memorial Day Boat Race3 viewsAt the start line of the 80th Rochester Memorial Day Boat Race are three generations of the family that originated the race. Teammates JJ Hartley and his dad Joel Hartley, Gladys Hartley, the daughter-in-law of founder James Hartley, and teammates Jon Hartley and daughter Cindy Hartley.
