Mostly Maritime163 viewsStephen Cook’s acrylic painting titled "Last Haul" will be included in an exhibition titled “Mostly Maritime” which opens at the Marion Art Center on Sunday, March 2 with a reception to meet the artist from 5:00 until 7:00 pm. The exhibition will be installed in both galleries at the Marion Art Center, located on the corner of Main and Pleasant Streets in Marion through April 9. Gallery hours are Tuesday through Friday, 1:00 to 5:00 pm and Saturdays, 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Admission is free.

Curious Savage229 viewsReservations are now being accepted for the Marion Art Center’s upcoming production of The Curious Savage, a comedy by John Patrick, which opens on leap year, February 29 at 8:00 pm and runs March 1, 6, 7 and 8 at 8:00 pm and Sunday, March 2 at 2:00 pm. Tickets for The Curious Savage are $12.50 for Marion Art Center members and $15 general admission. Reservations may be made by calling the Art Center at 508-748-1266. Tables are available for parties of four or more and seating is limited.
