Seven-year-old Brady Weglowski from Mattapoisett was named VIP and given the title of Ambassador for a day as part of a program through Healing Little Hearts and Boston Children’s Hospital. Brady (right), who suffers from a congenital heart defect, and classmate Ty Dumas traveled by motorcade with diplomatic security to meet with Gov. Deval Patrick, who showed the children his collection of challenge coins. Patrick also provided Brady with a citation to commemorate the visit.
