CONSERVATION COMMISSION
The Marion Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 21, 2008 at 7:10 PM in the Town House main conference room on an amendment to an Order of Conditions (SE 041 1008) issued to THE TOWN OF MARION to cap the Marion landfill facility. The amendment is to expand the scope of work to include the installation of a 6 foot high chain link fence around the perimeter of the landfill. The site is on Benson Brook Road and is further identified as Lot 9 on Marion Assessors' Map 24. Plans are available at the Town House for review.
