Local Authors Host Holiday Book Sale
Categories: GeneralSend feedback » •
Authors Without Borders (AWB) will host its third annual book sale and signing at the Lakeville Library on Saturday, December 5, from 10:30 to 1:30 pm. A dozen regional authors will feature over 20 titles for sale, from phantasy and poetry, to memoirs and mystery, and everything in between.
This year, four new titles will be introduced by AWB authors, including: The Edge of Darkness: The Final Battle, the third fantasy book of Pat Perry’s Darkness Trilogy; a new work by Willie Pleasants called Make Truth a Habit; Rochester resident Alberta Sequeira’s second memoir, Someone Stop This Merry-Go-Round; An Alcoholic Family in Crisis; and Joyce Keller Walsh’s 1930’s New England mystery, Winterkill.
Come and have festive refreshments, chat with the writers, and even take a photo with the author for a unique addition to your gift (just bring your camera). For each book purchased, the buyer may fill out a raffle slip to win a large basket of holiday surprises. The drawing will be held at the end of the event and delivered to the winner.
The Lakeville Library is located at 4 Precinct Street, near the junction of Routes 18 and 105. We hope to see you there.
