Visit these advertisers (no purchase required) from September 4th through 29th and they'll mark one of the numbers on your Aardvark Bingo card. Once you have five stamps in a row you can enter to win the First Prize. If you fill all twenty five spots on your card you can enter to win the Grand Prize.

Aardvark Bingo Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE 13 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AS OF 9/1/08. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

Employees and their immediate families (parent, child, spouse or sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside, and those living in their same households, whether or not related) of Wanderer Com Inc. ("Sponsor") are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges and/or Sponsor, which are binding and final on all matters relating to the Aardvark Bingo ("Bingo"). Sweepstakes subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

TO ENTER: Entries must be received by 11:59 a.m. ET on September 29, 2008 to be eligible. Limit one (1) entry per person and per day via this method. To enter, contestants must obtain a copy of The Wanderer newspaper for the week of September 4, 2008, September 11, 2008, or September 18, 2008 ("Contest Editions"). During each of these week's an official entry Aardvark Bingo card will be printed. Bingo Cards will also be available through our on-line edition located at www.wanderer.com. Also included n the Contest Editions will be 25 hidden Aardvark Bingo logos in 25 advertisements. An Aardvark hidden in an advertisement signifies that that advertiser is a participant in the Aardvark Bingo game. Contestants who visit that advertiser during normal posted business hours will have their Aardvark Bingo card stamped in the square corresponding to that business's assigned number. Contestants may only have one card stamped at each location on any given day. Attempts to circumvent this rule will void all entries from that contestant at the descretion of the Sponsor.
There are two levels of entry. Once a contestant has five stamps in a row, either vertical, horizontal or diagonal they can enter the first level of the drawing and be eligible for the First Prize and all lower prizes. To enter the second level of the contest, you must collect a stamp for each square on their Aardvark Bingo card. Once a contestant has completed either one line or their entire card they must complete the information section of the card and submit it to The Wanderer office at 55 County Road, Mattapoisett, MA or mail to: Aardvark Bingo, c/o The Wanderer, P.O. Box 102, Mattapoisett, MA 02739.


DRAWING: One (1) potential Grand Prize, one (1) potential First Prize and ten (10) potential Second Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing held on or about September 30, 2008 from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by mail, phone, and/or e-mail and may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within seven (7) days of date of issuance. If prize is not claimed within 30 days of drawing, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor's discretion, an alternate winner will be selected. If a potential winner is at least 13 but under 18 and considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, prize may be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on winners set forth herein.

PRIZES: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE $1,000 in Gift Certificates of Sponsor's choosing from businesses participating in Aardvark Bingo.
ONE (1) FIRST PRIZE: $250 in Gift Certificates of Sponsor's choosing from businesses participating in Aardvark Bingo.
ONE HUNDRED (100) RUNNER UP PRIZES: Various items of Sponsor's choosing including but not limited to t-shirts, stuffed aardvarks, and other merchandise.

Gift certificates are subject to certain terms and conditions specified by issuers. Except as described above, winners may not substitute, assign or transfer a prize or redeem a prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion. Limit one (1) prize per household and per email address.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, stolen, misdirected, undelivered, damaged, garbled entries; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions, or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with Aardvark Bingo, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of Aardvark Bingo, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any Aardvark Bingo related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Aardvark Bingo. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants related to or resulting from participating in Aardvark Bingo. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of Aardvark Bingo or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of Aardvark Bingo be, in Sponsor's sole opinion, compromised by any non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate Aardvark Bingo and, if terminated, at its sole discretion, select the potential winners from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Entrants, by participating, agree that Sponsor, Wanderer Com Inc., affiliates, subsidiaries, retail locations and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, partners and agents (collectively, "Released Parties") will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in Aardvark Bingo. Each winner, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval. In the event of a dispute regarding online entries received from multiple users having the same email account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses.

WINNERS LIST: For the names of the winners (available after October 29, 2008) send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Aardvark Bingo Winners List, c/o The Wanderer, P.O.
